COVID-19 Update # 1

The Medical Communications Centre (MCC) will be screening incoming 911 calls using
International Academy of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) standards. The screening will
consist of specific questions of persons presenting with flu-like symptoms. These
additional questions will include asking for travel history to Hubei Region, China in the
past 14 days, and/or association with anyone who has travelled to China in the last 14
